Today different types of wedding confetti are used at different parts of the wedding ceremony and wedding breakfast or reception.
At the service it is traditional in some cultures for brides to have roses petals scattered at their feet on the way down the aisle. This today is frowned upon by most churches who quite rightly do not want to clear up the confetti after wards.
After the wedding ceremony we recommend either a natural rose petal confetti or biodegradable paper confetti MW1806 or B1455. The new real flower petal confetti is made from Delphinium Petals which come in a range of colours or can be mixed.
Most churches do ask that confetti is not thrown in the church grounds. Check with your vicar beforehand.
At the reception confetti is mainly used as a wedding table decoration. Either use a preserved petal confetti, metallic table confetti or confetti feathers.
