Ribbon Exchange Request

I placed an order with you and unfortunately the ribbon I ordered was not quite the right colour.
How do I go about returning the item for an exchange?
Do I have to return the item first, for the amount to be credited to my account before I re-order?

Dear Cathie,

 

We can do the exchange of ribbon in either one of two ways.

Forstly you can return the ribbon with a note stating who you are and what you would like instead, we will then sort the exchange and any difference or additional costs once the return is recieved.

 

Alternatively you can re-order the required ribbon and then return the unrequired ribbon for refund.
