Hi
I am looking to make a head dress for my baby daughter and I am wondering whether the bridal hoops are used for that purpose?, if so please can you let me know which measurements I should be going for.

My daughters head circumference is 42cm and the bridal hoops are in inches so how does it work?

Thanks
Ish

Dear Ish,

Yes the bridal hoops are for used for headdresses.  You would probably want to use a 6" hoop for a small child.  the 6" measurement is the diameter, 46cm circumference should be about the same as a 6" hoop so the hoop should rest on the head, although it may be a little big, that depends on where your measurement was taken, was it around the widest part of her head? If it was then the hoop may slip a little.

Obviously without trying it i can't say for sure, if you do purchase a hoop and it doesn't fit, you are welcome to return it for a refund.

Regards

Kirsty
