Returning

I made a fairly large order recently and it arrived promptly and in good order, however there are some items i don't need any more - not quite the right colour - so i'd like to know how to return or exchange them.

Dear Rebecca,

If you would like to pop us am email with your order reference number W1.... so we can note a return on the order, then just pop the items back to the address at the top of the invoice with a note stating who you are and whether you would like a refund or exchange, and we will get either sorted once the parcel arrives back.
