I have been asked to put some real flowers on a cake I am making for a friend and was wondering how to make them last about 3-4 hours. Is there anything you can do to the flower before you put them on the cake or are there any little tiny tube like things you can put the stem into with a bit of water and seal and then hide between the cake and the cake board?
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
Dear Elaine,
You can purchase some chrysal glory spray, which helps pro-long the life of flowers, but i'm not sure about using it near a cake, it may not be food sake as it is an aerosol.

Kirsty
