A cluster of feathers on a wire stem. Feather length 15cm with a 15cm wire stem. Light in texture and perfect for hats or general bridal work. In the picture we have used floral tape to shape the feathers creating diferrent shapes, it also opens the feathers up to show the diferent "textures".
