Satin Ribbon is a soft close weave ribbon made from Polyester, a man-made fabric. Because satin ribbon takes dye so easily it is available in a large range of colours. If you are unable to find the satin ribbon colour you want we may be able to order the correct ribbon just for you. If is it a special satin colour ribbon please send us a fabric swatch or a Pantone Colour Number and description as some suppliers use different pantones for each ribbon colour range.
We only sell Double Edged Satin Ribbon. This means that it is the ribbon is the same on both sides and has a good sealed edged. The alternative satin ribbon is single faced. Although it can be slightly cheaper we do not believe it is a satin ribbon of sufficient quality.
If you require satin ribbon in cut ribbon lengths for a manufacturing process please contact us. Satin Ribbon can then be produced in a length to suit your requirements with heat sealed ends.
